RW3’s local support team in Austin, Texas provides one-on-one support to users across North America. From issues with lost passwords to custom data queries, RW3’s support team can handle a variety of requests and works with the user to identify and solve issues quickly, minimizing the user’s downtime in the field. If an issue can’t be resolved over the phone, the support rep will create a ticket noting the issue and pass it along to engineering to find a solution.
