Emkay Food Sales Equips Sales Force with SmartCall

AUSTIN, TX October 26, 2015  Emkay Food Sales, a high-end protein food broker in California, is teaming up with RW3 Technologies for in-store retail execution and reporting solutions. As part of a strategic plan to increase category share for their clients and their overall value proposition, Emkay is equipping its field team with the RW3 SmartCall field application, part of the InStore Execution Suite. Additionally management will use the RW3 BI Suite for visual analytics and real time data dashboards.

Using the InStore Suite, management is able to create custom store calls and provide the most up-to-date information to field reps through the SmartCall application on their iPads. Using the native app, reps are able to conduct store visits, review planograms and track store activities all within the application. Pictures that are captured can be tagged and sorted by a variety of attributes in the Photo Gallery and delivered to clients for further review. Once the data from the store call has been uploaded Emkay will rely on RW3’s Business Intelligence Suite to provide the insights for their team to plan future activities, capitalize on opportunities and improve coordination across all accounts.
