This statement discloses the information practices for RW3’s web sites. It covers what type of information about our Web sites’ users is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, shared and or otherwise processed offline.
As a general principle, personal information you share with RW3 will be kept confidential, and will only be shared by RW3 as necessary in order to provide you with products and services that would be of interest.
The Type Of Information We Collect

Collecting information in this manner allows us to collect statistics about the usage and effectiveness of our Web sites, our software products and our SaaS offerings, personalize your experience and tailor our interactions with you.
We collect three basic types of information from you in conjunction with your use of the Website – personal information other information, and IP address.
Personal information is any information that can individually identify you and includes, for example and without limitation, your name, email address, username, telephone number, postal address, and contact information.
Other information includes information that does not personally identify you, but may include (without limitation) tracking and usage information about your location, demographics, transaction information, use of the Website and the Internet, etc.
IP Address information
IP address information is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you access the Sites, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that you visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. RW3 uses IP Addresses to calculate usage levels of the Sites, help diagnose problems with its servers, administer the Sites, and monitoring the regions from which you navigate to RW3’s Sites.
How We Use The Information
We use the information we collect from you and about you to help us personalize and continually improve your experience with the Website. We may use the information we collect from and about you in the following ways:

We do not and will not sell your personal information to any third party outside of the Website, and will only share personal information as provided below and within our company and corporate affiliates.

Social Media Sites
When you interact with any RW3 account on a social media platform, such as Google Plus, Twitter, or Vimeo, we may collect the personal information that you make available to us on that page or account, including your user ID and/or user name, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. Please note, however, that we will comply with the privacy policies of the corresponding social media platform and we will only collect and store such personal information that we are permitted to collect by these social media platform.
How Can I Correct or Remove Information About Me
If you feel that any Personal Information about you that has been collected and stored by RW3 is incorrect, or if you would like the personal information about you removed from our systems, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may consider and response to your request in accordance with applicable law.
