GOING THE DISTANCE

We are pleased to welcome Energizer to our line-up of presenters for the next EPG, scheduled for March 23-24, 2010. Larry Lazar, Energizer Retail Operations Manager, will share insights about performance reporting utilizing consumption data, and how their strategy is impacting the company's success.

Andy Cannon Promoted to Director

  Congrats to Andy Cannon, who was recently promoted from Account Manager to   Director, InSight Group. Andy has been with RW3 since 2002, previously working   as a retail merchandiser for Kelley-Clarke in Seattle. He has developed a deep   understanding of RW3’s business over the years by working in customer support   and as an Account Manager with customers PepsiCo QTG, Sony Computer   Entertainment America and Nestlé USA. 

As Director of the InSight Group, Andy manages a talented team of analysts and innovators who develop reporting and analytics solutions for RW3 clients, revealing critical insights at the store level.  Andy earned a B.S. in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.

Employee Spotlight: Cameron Flores
Manager, Customer Support

Cami Flores joined RW3 in 2000 with a background in Office Technology.  She spent her first three years in development as Quality Assurance (QA)/Tester, helping implement RW3’s core systems and early reporting solutions.  Cami grew into a Business Analyst/Project Management role, working primarily with Nestlé, but also with a variety of customer systems.  She worked as a liaison between account managers and the development team to fine tune requirements for new InStore solutions and to enhance existing customer systems.  During this time, Cami also managed projects, created and maintained documentation, and assisted Development with design, change control and quality control.

Business On the Road

RW3 was well represented last month at the annual GMA Executive Conference in Colorado Springs.  Attended by CEO, Bruce Nagle, Sr. Director Tom Garry and Business Development Manager, Jason Reynolds, the “fearsome threesome” made effective use of their time, participating in strategic conversations about the general industry, and sharing RW3’s vision and value proposition with diverse attendees.

At a recent luncheon hosted by NWA Business Journal, keynote speaker Lee Scott, retired Walmart CEO, had some insightful thoughts to share with the group. RW3 Business Development Manager, Jason Reynolds, was in attendance - Click here to learn what Mr. Scott had to say about Leadership.

Senior VP, Cal Closson, is attending the World Business Forum next week in New York.  This is the largest business event in the US, bringing top executives, politicians and academics together to discuss the most pressing global issues.  This year’s speakers include President Bill Clinton, Jack Welch and George Lucas among others notables.
