RW3 depends on the InSight Group -- to ask the right questions at the right time, and listen "between the lines" to garner key information which is then used to design and deliver timely, iterative and actionable business intelligence to our Customers. Our mission is to bring visual solutions to your most complex problems ... over and over again.

The InSight Group is now stronger than ever with seasoned RW3 veteran Andy Cannon at the helm. Andy joined RW3 seven (7) years ago and has evolved through the organization - most recently as Account Manager of some of our largest and most complex customers - and accepted the promotion to InSight Group Manager last month.  As part of the new organization design, Jenny Lorenzo and Shawna Fisher will be reporting to Andy, managing two teams focused on meeting clients’ reporting and analytic needs, and bringing over 12 years of experience working in Business Intelligence, Analysis and Software Development.

Client Focus: National Tobacco Company

We are proud to announce that National Tobacco Company (NTC) was honored in April as one of 10 “Mid-Market Companies to Watch in 2009 and Beyond” by Consumer Goods Technology.

A customer of RW3 since 2007, NTC exceeded its 2008 sales budget, and has resuscitated core brands with an enhanced, focused sales approach. RW3 developed an InStore Mobile solution tailored to NTC’s unique go-to-market strategy and business success, which provides the field sales rep with outlet intelligence, promotional opportunities and new item collateral and objectives. The reps execute, capture new insights in the outlet and then communicate the critical data to account and brand managers. National Tobacco Company has recently used this information in their decision to expand into new markets – introducing two innovative products – Moist Smokeless tobacco and cigars.

Employee Spotlight: Jason Reynolds
Business Development Manager

Jason came on board in March as Business Development Manager of our Rogers, Arkansas office, focusing on Walmart related business. Jason’s background includes four years at Kraft, where he successfully worked his way up the ladder from Sales Rep to Junior Category Advisor before joining our team at RW3.

Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from U of A’s Sam Walton School of Business with degrees in both International Finance and Spanish.  His advanced computer and analytical skills include a solid knowledge of RetaiLink, Vision Chain, ProSpace Space Mgmt Software, AC Nielson, Spectra and Gladson.  A strong proponent of “giving back,” Jason is actively involved . . . This event brought together thought leaders and world renowned visionaries in the field, to explore the role of innovation in today’s highly competitive, global marketplace.   Content included such topics as  Disruptive Innovation (as a platform for growth),  future impact of innovation on customers, needs, global resources and value creation, and the future of technology, strategic innovation in a global world.
