Bruce Nagle – Founder & CEO
Bruce founded RW3 in 1992, and continually inspires the company to develop innovative solutions for the Consumer Goods industry. Prior to launching RW3, Bruce served as CFO for Carey, Ahrens & Raynsford, a leading food broker. During his tenure at Carey, Ahrens & Raynsford, Bruce served as Chairman of the National Food Brokers Technology Steering Committee. He currently serves on the Grocery Manufacturer’s Association Associate Member Council, is on the Board of Directors of SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise), and is an active member of the Alliance of CEO’s, an organization comprised of approximately 200 Northern California-based top executives.  
 
A widely recognized expert, Bruce has over two decades in the CG industry, sharing his insights through industry articles in The Wall Street Journal, GMA Forum, Consumer Goods Technology, Sales Force Automation, Brand Marketing, Enterprise Solutions, and Field Force Automation.
 
Cal Closson – Senior Vice President
Cal joined RW3 in 1996 and has nearly two decades experience in the CG industry. As SVP, Cal oversees all operational functions including Client Services, Development and the InSight Group. Cal also plays a major role in ongoing evaluation of client and prospect go-to-market strategies and the underlying solutions to support their needs.
 
Prior to RW3, Cal held senior Sales and Customer Support positions at United Foods, a food broker, and at Management Computer Systems, a leading provider of software solutions to the retail, food service and food broker industries.
 

Tom Garry – Senior Director, Account Services
Tom Garry joined RW3 in 1999 from Seattle, where he was Retail Operations Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing and Kelley-Clarke for 10 years. Tom brings extensive and valuable expertise in sales force communication and optimization to the RW3 team, with over 32 years of sales management, retail and merchandising experience in the Consumer Goods industry.   

Mr. Garry leads RW3’s team of Account Managers, who act as primary liaisons between clients and the functional groups within RW3. Tom is active in the discovery process for prospective clients, evaluating their needs and providing pragmatic assessments of RW3 capabilities to meet those needs.
 
Mark Gruetzner – Senior Director, Engineering
Mark joined RW3 in 2001 from National Instruments in Austin, TX, where he was a Senior Software Engineer and Software Team Manager for 5 years, focused on developing and managing Windows Device Driver development projects. Prior to that, Mark worked on a variety of research projects at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, as a software development intern. Mark has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.

As Senior Director of Engineering, Mark focuses on leveraging CPG business knowledge acquired by his team, all of whom have been employed by RW3 for at least five years, to help drive the successful development and deployment of software-based, data-driven solutions for our partners.
 

Shane Painter – Director, Information Technology
Shane Painter joined RW3 in 2002 from Dell Computer in Austin, TX, where he served the Enterprise Linux Systems Group as Senior Engineer. His primary focus there was on server networking, communications drivers and kernel development. Acting as liaison within this role, Shane was instrumental in the open-sourcing of Intel's Advanced Networking Driver.  

Shane brings to RW3 over 11 years experience with systems administration, architecture, and the development of high technology solutions. He has a B.A. in Philosophy from Texas State University, San Marcos, TX.

As Director of IT, Shane manages every facet of RW3's technology infrastructure. He concentrates on providing best-in-class availability, service and support surrounding RW3's product offerings. He is directly responsible for resolving all technical issues, playing a critical role in strategic planning and operational standards aimed at improving RW3's infrastructure capabilities and performance.

 
Andy Cannon - Director, InSight Group
Andy Cannon came to RW3 from Seattle, where he worked for Kelley-Clarke as a retail merchandiser, and with the Westin Hotel in Accounting.  Since joining RW3 in 2002, Andy has developed deep expertise through his work in customer support and as an Account Manager. He leverages his industry knowledge across multiple departments as well as with diverse customers.  Andy has a B.S. in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University, Pullman, WA.

As Director of the InSight Group, Andy manages a talented team of analysts and innovators who develop reporting and analytics solutions for RW3 clients. Deliverables are provided on multiple platforms and reveal critical insights that are timely and actionable, helping customers achieve retail success and rapid ROI.
 
John Kramer – CFO
John Kramer has worked with RW3 since 2001, bringing with him over 36 years of financial accounting experience.  Prior to RW3, John worked as Accounting Manager for food broker Carey, Ahrens & Raynsford, as well as a variety of other service and manufacturing companies. He holds a B.A. in Finance and an MBA in Management.
